Was not satisfied and they tried to charge me on my credit card for the room damages that I didn’t do. They also didn’t have a phone in the room and bathroom had food stains

Not a good stay. Not so good. Our king bed room had a clogged sink and located near an exit where people were smoking just outside the door. We changed rooms to a queen bed because that’s all what was available. They never offered a discount of some kind. Second room, the air conditioner was not working correctly. We informed the front desk. After an hour of waiting for the maintenance person, the front desk said he was off duty. So we stayed in a very warm room for 2 nights. Looks nice from the outside, and website But is dark and dirty, lots of weird people.

Rooms are dirty. The AC is like a humidifier. Pillows are 100 yrs old. Room smelt like a wet cigarette. No window screens. The list just goes on and on. Save your self the headache and stay anywhere else but here.
