Elevator not working Other than the elevator not working ..very hard to get handicap person & luggage up the stairs...

They forgot to clean the room, so when we walked in the room lights were on and pizza box on the counter trash everywhere, felt like someone was there, I freaked out, we thought we opened the wrong room we double checked and it was the right room they just didnt clean it, very unpleasant experience, elevator was out of service too. Clerk apologized and gave us a new room, new room smelled. I normally don’t complained about hotels but I need to bring this to the management attention so they can improve it. I am thankful to the staff of this hotel for being so friendly and apologetic through a disappointing situation. I arrived early on Saturday to check in and was given a room, I unloaded my belongings, then left for work. I did not return to the hotel until about 10:30pm, and when I did I found my room key did not unlock my room door and also that there was SOMEONE ELSE inside my room! First room they gave us was super dirty pots pans restroom was dirty and bed was un made the staff was not very helpful or friendly as far as acknowledging their mistake

Room had filthy/sticky dark wood floors. The wood/vinyl floors in my room were absolutely filthy. Sure, they looked clean but were filthy and obviously hadn't been scrubbed or even mopped in probably months to the point of being sticky/tacky in spots of heavy use. No full time on call housekeeping staff to call to clean. When a hotel allows animals in their rooms, they have to be thoroughly sanitized and cleaned Extended Stay.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Walls are thin. Rooms are damp and smell bad

first room:no showerhead, old food left in fridge, water all over the place. second room: smelled of smoke, missing smoke detector, toilet didn't flush. left early...never again at extended stay america. also unexpected $5:00 parking fee
