Plumbing is the worst First night had the sink backup in the middle of the night and stink up our room like sewage, let the front desk know and they switched us rooms after 11am when check out was. The second room had the toilet back up and not flush after using #1 in the middle of the night. I usually don’t complain but both rooms had people up all throughout the night.

Our room had an unpleasant odor. The amenities were pretty bare-bones, which was disappointing. Our room had a full kitchen but we had to request utensils and cups, for some reason? I thought everything was pretty lackluster. I’ve stayed at other Extended Stay America properties, but this was the worst one.

I would not recommend this property. Since I was on a budget I figured this wouldn’t be a bad option. Looks like I should have spent the extra $20 bucks at the surf and sand inn by the beach. Although this place had free parking and allowed pets, it was a dump. Our room smelled of pee and so did the bedding. When I had asked to switch to a double bed room, they couldn’t accommodate... when I asked for a cot, she said they gave the last one away. Tables with No Chairs???!? Apparently this hotel provides multiple tables in every room, but no way to actually sit at them as my hotel room had no chairs. I called down to the front desk when getting into my room to inquire about the lack of chairs and the clerk basically told me that yes, the rooms don't have chairs. Never in my life have I been in a hotel room without a *single* chair capable of sitting at a table! (there was a recliner in the corner, but that's it). No lotion, asking front desk for one. He said he was the only one staff at the time. He did check and couldn't find one lotion for me. No breakfast included. Hotel does have one small table to serve coffee and tiny muffin. That's it. I will NOT come back.
