Had several leaks between the kitchen and bathroom. Had to get new keys twice before actually getting keys that worked. Hotel staff was bleh. Breakfast didn’t have many options. For the area I wasn’t expecting something more high end.

It’s a fleas room I pay 7 nights, the room has fleas, my whole body itching, the hotel promised disinfection takes three days, will move me to the small room, but will my room to other passengers check in, very bad experience

WOMEN BROKE INTO OUR ROOM & WE STILL NEED ANSWERS My fiancé and I arrived on December 25th for a 2-day stay at Extended Stay America in Irvine after a wonderful Christmas celebration with my family in Mission Viejo, CA. There was bad smell in the room and washroom. We needed to let the door open but the room is first floor because of the smell.
