The property is in close proximity to Wlmart distribution center. The trucks are coming for loading and unloading starting very early in the morning.

Had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Acted like they were bothered to help me. Didn't tell me about the even or odd numbered rooms. Had to walk the stairs twice. Asked about ice, they said I could buy some at the near by 7eleven. AC didn't work well, TV had static on every channel, refrigerator was not cold, but turned up all the way. Room had an overall feel of not maintained.

Hotel property is fine. We had paid for a room with 2 queen beds in advance. I called the hotel from Disneyland before ten pm to let them know we'll be there before midnight. We checked in after 11 pm and was told we were being upgraded at no extra change to the Deluxe Studio King Suite. The only reason they did that was because they sold our room and had no more 2 Queen Bed rooms available.
