Avoid Very dirty room and trash outside all around the hotel. Feels like a homeless shelter.

Parking was convenient. We stayed in a non smoking room, yet there were cigarette butts covering the ground just outside the room. All the trash cans were over flowing with trash. There was dog poop just outside the door. Homeless hanging out by the dumpsters. The room was ok. The kitchen cabinets were peeling paint, there were marks and scuffs all over the walls, missing paint. The stove looked dirty. The cabinets were sticky. Fridge was good. Shower looked old and dirty.

Attention to detail Floors weren't clean and would get muck on my foot. One of the workers woke us up at 10:30 AM asking if we were checking out (before our checkout time) and why don't you guys know that ahead of time. That was respectful waking someone up like that.

Filthy room - midnight checkout We checked into our room at 11pm and it was disgusting - overwhelming pet odor and animal dander. Both my son and husband started sneezing and wheezing. When we went back to the office to request a room change the staff had left for the night. We initially thought we would try to tough it out but when we pulled back the bed comforter the sheets appeared soiled. We left the room and 11:30pm and got a room at a different hotel. The room had a overpowering urine smell, the toilet leaked water on the floor. When I arrived two police cars were arresting a couple in the lot. Looks like they tried to renovate but still very old and run down.
