Room was disgusting, seems like someone just literally left before we got in there. Asked for a different room but they denied us stating that they are booked, which was a lie because their parking lot was not nearly full, you can literally count the cars. Bathroom was hair everywhere in the shower and the walls. Sheets were dirty. Poor customer service. People above has was making too much commotion, late at night and early in the morning, early as 6 am. I have a family. This is was not vacation I paid for!!!!!!!!

less service provided threre is no hanger,and asked 3 times, but never provided Nabours are sometimes noisy

Checked in a found the room was unclean and had zero toilet paper. Also it was missing an ironing board. Phone to complain and they moved me to a new room. The new stank like a dead animal had been in it. It was there last room so I stayed in it. Had to keep the windows open to air out. Terrible hote.
This property should be condemned. I could hardly keep from gagging at the smell of the room. Unfortunately, I had to stay the night but this place is horrible.

For this to be in the area it was nice but wasn’t please with housekeeping not cleaning up my room and sheets and fresh towels. I wish I can get a refund or hotel points elsewhere
