Great location for in Irvine. Hotel extremely run down. No cups or coffee maker in room. Air conditioning didn’t work and old hard mattress.

I had great hopes for this apartment hotel. Sadly after traveling for over 20 hours we woke to find no cold water. Morning number 2 we awoke to find NO working water at all. The refrigerator did not work and was replaced on day 3. I payed for enhanced internet only later to find it was per device thus had to pay twice. So sadly I had to many negatives to justify the cost. The staff however were nice, apologetic and understanding.

Plenty of parking and the staff was nice. They helped me get on the internet.

It was a Dirty property (hallway clutter, trash), room smelled smoky

They overbooked my room. Who does that??? I will never make reservations there again.

The room I stayed in was Dirty beyond word .. I have photo of it with the dead cricket in the bathroom and the sink were as if someone threwup..I will forward my report with the department of health.. this experience was beyond believe and I could not not believe this hotel in Irvine can be in this condition .. and the worse of it you can’t even reach the staff .. you are left alone no one to get help .. I checked out the next day no one in the office and no one to answer the phone located outside the lobby .. Bad bad hotel ... read more

Not clean at all. Leakage of water in the shower pipe..
