Great location for so many reasons. One can walk to an adjacent outside sitting area for Starbucks, 7-11 and Flame Broiler as well as other local merchants. Across the freeway from Irvine Spectrum and several great restaurants; freeway close and close to a Walmart for those trip shopping needs. A quiet place, economical price and no real problems.

The kitchen facilities were a big help to me. Also, the walk in shower and shower seat greatly contributed to my safety. The staff were wonderful, cheerful, attentive and kind. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and it took 3 days for it to be fixed. There was a lot of mold and built up soap scum in the shower. The bedspread was stained with what appeared to be semen. Good location, central and easy access to shopping etc. The ugly, cabinets falling apart, held together with duct tape, particle board swelling which is full of formaldehyde. Tub rusting. Just in overall need of addressing some deferred maintenance issues, especially for the prices they charge. Nothing special to write home about.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Rooms where clean and had good amenities and location was great for those going to the FivePoint Amphitheatre

First they sold out of our room, double queen bed. So they were going to place us in 2 separate rooms which totally wasnt ok. Then our room wasn't fully cleaned. There was dirty tampons left in the trash, the trash wasnt emptied and a cup of water was left on the nightstand.
