Continental breakfast?!? Granola bars and mini-muffins?! Something crawled behind the TV, air conditioning didn’t work well. It took 10 mins before the front desk came to check us in.

Inadequate staffing Gen at the front desk was very helpful and very patient. She is a definately a star! Problem was there was only one person working at the entire hotel so it was impossible for her to complete services other than the front desk as there was a constant line of people. There were not enough clean towels and she didnt have time to run a load until late in the evening when her shift was relieved. Coffee wasn't able to be made for several hours for another customer.
