Ugh. Floors were dirty, like they left the bottoms of my feet black.. I got charged a separate time on my card for a one night stay..

The room was pretty clean and the staff was nice and helpful, only complaint was the neighbors stayed up arguing at times, playing games or Who knows what they were doing but we could smell pot and they were non smoking rooms.

Somewhat disappointed if you don't make them impro Wildfire office staff was very kind and upbeat, they were overworked and not enough of them. The room could have been cleaner. It was frustrating that in order to utilize cookware we had to go down to the office to get it and there were several times that people in the office were unavailable because they were helping customers in other parts of the hotel.
