Inadequate staffing Gen at the front desk was very helpful and very patient. She is a definately a star! Problem was there was only one person working at the entire hotel so it was impossible for her to complete services other than the front desk as there was a constant line of people. There were not enough clean towels and she didnt have time to run a load until late in the evening when her shift was relieved. Coffee wasn't able to be made for several hours for another customer. Close to amphitheater, but a bit dirty. Housekeeping could definitely improve. I found sticky spills on the counters and the floors left our white socks black. The deadbolt was missing to the door. Location wasn't bad, just in an industrial park. Only half a mile walk to the amphitheater.

housekeeping needs work location is the reason I stayed, housekeeping must be going blind. Spiderwebs above outdated TV. TV stand bedded to be wiped off. Very out dated fixtures. Bathroom tub had mold . Carpet was nice but had several stains .Vents in bathroom and air-conditioning need cleaning.
