A value (not comfort) driven hotel The hotel was ok. The key card had to be reprogrammed 3 times. The room smelled a bit, and the neighborhood did not feel entirely safe.

Very cleand and staff super friendly! lication was great, only a few minutes away from Spectrum and plenty of parking available.

Need to improve! Having a closet but no clothes hanger. What is that for?

What i like is got cooking option and walkable to work. TV remote did not work, Key card activated only for a day even though i booked for 2 days. Staff could not extend the reservation by 1 more day. They asked.memto.ree book the hotel. Breakfast option is not so great and most of the time its not available.though they say till 10AM

Even though I did not use it, I liked that I had a kitchen. Pillows could have been a little more firm. Overall a good place away from home.

Apparently Expedia had me in a smoking room which I did not request. The hotel was very nice and was able to give me a non smoking room. However, I was unaware that they do not provide towels etc. Unless you ask at the desk. It was pouring rain so I had to run back to get towels.

Wonderful Service and Very Convenient Area It was overall amazing. Brittany checked me and gave her best to accommodate everything I need. Even though the room was in a mess, she offered to change me into a different room, but I didn't want to change room so she requested room service for me instead. This is already my second stay and the way Brittany handle everything, it makes me want to stay there always when I come down to Irvine.
