Horrible experience Had to stay here flight was cancelled. Upon check in, the front desk clerk was not in uniform. Looked like he just walked off the street. Lobby was unclean. Elevator had some type of fluid on the floor. Pizza crust left in the hallway. Doritos smashed in the floor. Paid for a king size room. Got a queen bed, had more hills and valleys in the mattress then the state of California. Room was cleaned by me, extra dirty. Property overall dirty, entire hotel smells, specially the floor we were placed at, extremely loud you can hear the television of all the rooms around, and children running up and down the hallways, stairs screaming. It seems like the hotel is housing people/families long term which is fine but should warn guests upon checking in.

1) We requested for extra blanket...Sorry we ran out. 2) We requested for for extra rollaway bed...sorry we ran out. 3) Breakfast included...only muffins, coffee. 4) Housekeeping services...only two days a week. 6) Studio had kitchen...but no cookwares, no pans or pots. All kitchen drawers are empty.

Do Not Recommend Terrible place to stay. Took over half hour to check in as no at front counter. Room had dirty floor, hair dryer, chairs, no coffee maker, no extra sheets or bedding. Pull out sofa was recliner! 😲 Even though it was non smoking, could smell smoke and there was strange smell in room. Upon check out, took 20 minutes as no one at front counter. Will never stay at extended inn again. Screens on lower levels were ripped. Wish I could get refund!

Tough check in and tough stay. Great neighborhood They checked me into a room that the housekeeper thought was a stay over. I had just driven/rode 22 straight hours so I had to sleep. When I tried to turn on the table light in the dark (room has great black out curtains) I grabbed a half empty water bottle with grease all over it. After washing my hands I found the last guest’s soap in the shower and a host of supplies in the fridge (onion, eggs, beers, rum, hot sauces). It was not what I expected at all. Very out dated and dusty. Rust on microwave. Stove looked rusty on top. Fridge was loud and missing parts. Table was stained with I think mail polish drippings. Chair was ripped. Bed was uncomfortable and light bulbs needed replacement. I checked out after seeing the state of the room. Lobby was dirty and dusty too.
