The advertising showed a pool which they did not have. They do not clean rooms unless you are staying longer than a week, they only offer clean towels. The General Manager, Yesenia Garcia, is rude and lacking in professionalism. The nicest people there are the cleaning staff. Will not go back there again; will be contacting their corporate office to complain.

Lobby was dirty. Staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. No lobby to sit in. What they called a breakfast was a joke.

The room was not ready it wasn’t clean. Maid never showed up to work.. and I checked in late.. no excuse for that
