Palamuttam family - graduation 2019 Err conveniently located to UCI, comfortable room, friendly staff, stayed here all the time we visited Irvine.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful garbage can near rear entrance seemed to be consistently overflowing floors, doors and windows in common areas were not clean room wasn’t very clean upon check in

I liked the full size kitchen.. But I font like that there's no pool!!

This place is for a working man who needs a place to hose off for the next day. The staff could not have been more honest and helpful, given their limitations. No extras here.

Very spartan. No maid service on weekends. Burned out light bulbs, noisy bathroom fans.

The only pleasant part of this trip was the check in. I have never had to request services that were listed as amenities before. Here I had to ask for kitchen implements and pillows. We requested a quite area and were place across the hall from a crying baby. The sheets were low quality there was hair on the floors. It looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed before us.
