The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming everywhere.
Water is cold, doesn’t even get to Luke warm, hair in the shower walls upon arrival, hallways smell like cigarette smoke

One of the nastiest hotel chains I’ve ever stayed in and this one was no different. Lobby smells and water in the bathtub came out brown before clearing up after a few seconds.

The room had dust all over the place, the bathroom skin wouldn't drain, so I took out the blockage and see it had hair stuck which was causing the clog, the bed was so uncomfortable, upon checking in I asked the reception if it's ok to check out by12pm and he said shouldn't be a problem but in the morning we get a phone call saying we need to check out by 11 and when I told them what I was told they said it will be a $15 fee to check out at 12, no where it says in the description or the guy never mentioned anything about $15... read more

The worst place I’ve even stayed at. You could tell the sheets had not been changed, they had stains and hair. I had to request clean sheets from the front desk. Towels had stains and the shower curtain smelled like heavy mildew. We stayed here as an emergency, but I will never stay here again. The only good thing about the place is the area where it’s located.

The motel overall was run down, I wasn't expecting much honesty because I knew I was going for a value accommodation. From the outside it looked decent, it is airport close, however as soon you walk in to the lobby it smells like weed. The front desk staff lady was great. Then we got into our room and went to use the bathroom and noticed dead bugs in the bathtub/shower and they hadn't cleaned the floor. There was stuff on the floor, sticky spots, etc. It was gross. I went downstairs to inform them they needed to address it asap while we went out to grab dinner. They said it would be taken care of.
