I booked this hotel room only to sleep during the day, while family attended an event next door at the Honda Center. Location was perfect to meet up after the event and close to the highway to start my overnight drive. Blackout shades and good windows blocked out light and noise so that I was able to sleep. AC worked well and kept me cool. The room was generally clean but there was a horrible odor. Luckily I travel with Fabreze. Overall, met my needs.

Ok no thrills hotel An ok - no thrills place to stay at. The complimentary coffee would have been better with liquid creamer instead of yucky powdered creamer. Walking through hallway had bad smell - probably from people cooking in rooms but once in room it didn’t smell bad. If you’re not going to cook then don’t stay here - find a hotel with fridge and microwave instead and at a lower price.

Close distance for food and honda center didnt care for road construction to entrance

I had read a lot of negative reviews after booking into this place so I expected the worst. Some of which being the staff was rude, the place was run down & amenities were not provided. My experience was quite the contrary. The staff at the front desk was nice & helpful and clearly explained how amenities and the process of getting clean towels provided worked. The air conditioning on the floor we were on was not working (in the main corridor). Nothing was in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, just coffee and oatmeal.

The staff was good. There was a strong smell of weed lingering in the hallways, the pillows were barely even pillow as they offered very little support. Just a few things were a turn off.

Room was good and clean. Great for the price. But check in experience is what was terrible. The man at the desk had no idea what he was doing. It was late but he didn’t know how to check in ? He kept saying my card wasn’t working to try another. But my cards work. I explained he wasn’t doing something correctly but he insisted he knew what he was doing. I knew he didn’t because the card reader was not lighting up for me to swipe it card. He was argumentative and finally agreed to switch machines. And it worked! He was pressi... read more
