The fridge froze our water, tub faucet is leaking, a/c was not cooling enough, biggest concern we booked a non smoking room and the halls and room smelled like cigarettes

Property was off Katella, not on Katella, so it ws difficult to access it. GPS lead ne to a cyclone fence or a construction site.
