Staff is super nice!
Hotel room didn’t have a working shower and the fridge didn’t work. The price was great so not really complaining, just making note of a few things that would have made the stay more enjoyable.

It’s not what happens but what they do about it! I’ve stayed at several Extended Stay America’s in Southern California and the staff is very good in Lake Forest. People make a difference on the experience. Special thanks go to Alvin and Alex who were kind and courteous to the patrons. We had an issue with plumbing in our room and they made it right. I’m recovering from back surgery and my mother was with me. They moved us right across the hall and even offered to move our luggage.
