It was close to where I had a conference and super convenient. The staff was very kind even after I witnessed NUMEROUS mean customers/tenants treat them poorly. I'd stay here again.

Staff was great considering Expedia did not send over my reservation despite getting notifications that it was ready for checkin. After a long drive to find out I was not in their system was not what I wanted to hear. They were professional and apologized for 1 hour check in process. I understood it was beyond their control.

Served It's Purpose I was a great location poor parking, and a large dog that constantly pacing above us ( sounded like earthquakes) Suggest that they put animals on the first floor not the 3rd.

No amenities provided. Walked into room and all cabinet doors were open, including the refrigerator door. The refrigerator did not work. No hair dryer. I had to ask for shampoo. No coffee maker. On the plus side, it felt like a safe area and it was quiet.
