Overall, it was ok. It was a good price, and you get what you pay for. It was a spacious queen room. When I checked in, Nicholas was great and upgraded me to a handicap accessible room because it was available :) I was surprised that there were no cups in the room (for brushing your teeth, drink of water, etc.) Many of us were VERY UPSET that the grab and go breakfast was lacking. Not sure about this place Hotel needs a lot of love. When you walk in it just feels and looks worn. Beds were very noisy as you moved in them, flooring and amenities were old and worn. The paint as you first walk in is dark and with the very little lighting did not feel welcoming. Place is not a spot I’d recommend for families but for business travelers if that. It’s in a very nice area so I’d think it would/should deserve some upgrading.

Disappointing First room they gave us was not even cleaned up, the bed were still a mess, there were still track in the room, looks like there were no room service cleaning prior to us getting the room, which was disappointing. The second room we got was a bit cleaner, but was missing the bath essential like shampoo, body and hand soap.

The hotel floor smelt like cat urine. There was bags of trash in hallway. Keys to room would sometimes work. Beds were horrible.Grab n go breakfast was never restocked so if you went down a little later selections were few.
