Just like an apartment complex. You maintain your own room until departure. No amenities. No pool. But the staff is very nice.

Just like an apartment. No amenities. No frills. You bring everything.
The staff is great! So nice, friendly and professional. The property is clean enough but most certainly not a normal hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property itself was located in a safe neighborhood but rooms are quite run down and our bathroom was not completely clean. Free breakfast was coffee, prepackaged muffins, and instant oatmeal.

Smells like cat piss! The first Room #127 smelt like cat piss. The whole hallway leading to our room also smelt. We called to complain and see if they could move us to another room, which they did. That is why my ratings are a bit confused. But, i will never stay at an Extended Stay again. There were quite a bit of homeless guests and it was loud at night.
