Not sure about this place Hotel needs a lot of love. When you walk in it just feels and looks worn. Beds were very noisy as you moved in them, flooring and amenities were old and worn. The paint as you first walk in is dark and with the very little lighting did not feel welcoming. Place is not a spot I’d recommend for families but for business travelers if that. It’s in a very nice area so I’d think it would/should deserve some upgrading.

The hotel floor smelt like cat urine. There was bags of trash in hallway. Keys to room would sometimes work. Beds were horrible.Grab n go breakfast was never restocked so if you went down a little later selections were few.

The mattress was super hard. Very uncomfortable if you are a side and back sleeper. Breakfast is instant oatmeal packages, granola bar, and dry muffins. No juice or fruit. Make sure to bring your own.

Great staff
Nicholas has been above and beyond helpful. When i explained to him that my room was dirty and hasn’t been cleaned including there were stains all over the toilet and has not been flushed, he swiftly offered to resolve the preoblem and allocated me to a different room. Thank you.

It was ok. Stayed for one night. Condition was kind of run down, our kitchen counter had crumbs all over it, and the breakfast was just a quick grab and go. Although the property said no smoking, parts of it smelled of smoke.
