It's a good value for the price, however, my bathroom sink was clogged and maintenance wasn't available for 2 days.

Forest Lake Area This hotel is in a great location, there food, gas stations, parks and more. But this hotel needs a lot of up keep. The staff need to pay attention to their rooms to make sure everything is in good working condition.

the first room i was given was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. the front desk clerk was nice and checked the next room for me to make sure it was clean. however, i realized after the first day and i had bought groceries that the refrigerator didn't work, only the freezer. the hotel was all around dirty, and only 1 time in the 5 days was i able to even get a muffin/food item for breakfast. i also rarely saw staff at the counter when i needed someone.
