Staff friendly and helpful, but property could use some major renovation and repair. Keycard reader at side of property did not work, and staff did nothing about residents propping open doors.

Room was clean and over all stay comfortable

Not too welcoming Staff were nice, but when I got to my floor the first time I see when you walk out of the elevator is a giant zip up bag covering a room door that had tape over what looked like cracks in the door- it was not welcoming- it made me not feel safe to be there. The room also for sure needed updating. After being there a few hours I decided to leave and we ended up just staying at a friends house.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The exterior is nice, the interior is a little warn. At first sight, we were concerned about getting a good night's sleep. Getting past some cosmetic usage, the rooms were surprisingly cozy and comfortable and the friendly staff more than made up for it. The price can't be beat for the OC! We'll stay there again, when in town.
