Worked Communication sucked, experience was good
Excellent hotel with all the amenities
The staff tried their best with what they had available (although everyone seemed overworked and sad). No hair dryer or ironing board in the room but was provided upon request. No dinnerware and cookware (main reason to opt for this property) were available even though there was a sign still posted as an option at the registration desk.

Try to get an Odd-numbered room for quietness Kids running around the halls, babies crying, *Very Loud Lake Forest Road at all hours of the night* (I had to change my room from an even number to an odd number to be on the backside - the second night was a lot better).
