A good room for a good price The room was clean and comfortable. It had a kitchen which would be good if I was staying for a while. The free "breakfast " was very limited with a few muffins and protein bars. There were no offings with low sugar for those with Diabetes. Fortunately places to eat are nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Nicholas, Alvin, and Sammy. All were great.
Its my go to get away from home. Friendly welcoming staff ! But I’ve encountered ants 🐜 this last visit really was wondering what’s going on usually very satisfied. But had crawling ants on my mattress.

The place looked run down and there is no ice machine.

They finally cleaned the stairwell. It very clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They also cleaned up outside around the grounds. The staff is very nice though! The rooms could use an update but based on the clientele, there's no need. It appears some of these "residents" might be getting vouchers from the government because they very clearly can't afford it. We've stayed three times now because of location and we have our fur baby but it wasn't the first choice.

Great property to stay at. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood. Sammy was really pleasant and kind during the checkout process. Would stay here again!
There was a light bulb missing from the bedside lamp. The back door near the picnic tables did not respond to the key. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. Otherwise no problems. In-room amenities almost non-existent for the price.
