Good place, poor service. The room was nice, no smoke smell in the hallway like most Extended Stays. Quit area. There was a loud humming sound coming from the wall. Sounded like a washer/dryer was inside the wall. I actually like rhythmic noises when sleeping. But I'm sure others wouldn't like that sound in the room I had. I let the know about it and they didn't seem to care very much. I also asked to be able to check out 30mins after 11am and they wouldn't let me without paying for it, which is ridiculous!. Hallways had rancid smell. Advertised breakfast was only packaged muffins and granola bars.

Great staff, greeting, always smiling and very helpful. Room was clean, plenty of fresh towels; great shower with excellent hot water and pressure. Building is "tired" and could use complete upgrade or just updating with new carpeting (or minimum thorough professional shampoo/cleaning), paint, etc.
