I booked two rooms, and when we got to the hotel at 11 pm (with a 1 year old and a 3 year old), we got to the hotel and were told we were at the wrong location. So we called the correct location and they said they have or two rooms. We drove the 20 minutes to the hotel, and when it was my turn to check in Ashley told us that there were no rooms (which I had already paid for). She called the other locations and they had no rooms, so I hs to contact orbits and they gave me a run around as well. Eventually we found our own hote... read more

Never again Over rated for the price you pay. Had 3 different rooms and all our crew said the same thing. Never again. When you have guest living at your property that’s never good I’ll never book our crew there again!

Not a place for a business traveler They had a lot of people actually living there, guess because of the kitchens in the room and such a major tourist area. Didn’t care for the room and had a few others booked for other coworkers.

TRASH! The room smelt and the bed and bed covers stunk really bad with a heavy sweat odor. I was NOT satisfied with my stay and will never stay there again.
