Terrible!!!! Desde que se abre la puerta en el lobby se siente un olor a humedad espantoso, todo el hotel huele feo. Todo es viejisimo, el aseo muy mediocre, no hacen house keeping diariamente. El Sofacama roto y el colchón con manchas de orines, los del front desk cero empáticos. El desayuno, baggles, y tostadas, una leche y un jugo de naranjas que se nota son de 1 peso. Pills on the floor, sock under the bed, bottles under the bed. 2 dead worm bugs in the room. Similar complaints of bugs and worse on a paper on the desk from other customers. Front desk worker was AMAZING and came to vaccuum the room herself.

When I checked in, the lady at the desk made a mistake with my reservation. She was very apologetic but it took several attempts and phone calls that evening to fix. The room appeared clean and I got my clothes ready for the following work day. At about 1230 at night, I felt something on my face and turned on the lights. There were roaches on me, on my bed and all over the kitchen area. I ran down to the front desk where there was a young man who had no idea what to do and no customer service experience. The hotel was overbooked so I had to get a new hotel.

I would never stay here again! The staff was the best pet of the stay. Room was in disarray, there were cockroaches in the room, the TV didn’t have a remote, and they gave a working key card to another guest who woke me up first thing in the morning trying to get into the room! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The place is crawling with roaches. Big roaches, medium sized roaches, small roaches. Infestation! Stovetop didn't work, and no one came to fix after reporting it 3 times. Was there for 5 days. Never again. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We checked in to find the room was NOT clean! There was half a bar of soap stuck to the floor in the bathtub, and ants were also in the bathtub. After about an hour of being there we started noticing cockroaches everywhere! They were blending in with the carpet, but noticed them crawling on the table in the kitchen, the windows, the bathroom counter, under the door, and in and out of the air conditioning vents.
