Great hotel Friendly staff, clean rooms, updated appliances, and very spacious family suites. We needed a room for 5 people for our Disney trip and it was perfect.

Affordable stay It was ok. The room was clean, the facility is a little old. Don't count on the breakfast it is unattended , messy, and very basic.
Great Location! Hotel was a very comfortable stay. Staff is very polite and friendly. The bad is there is an extra fee for room service which was disappointing. It is walking distance from a wide variety of local stores and attractions. I would stay here again.
Not the best Orlando has to offer Arrived 30 minutes after check in time, room not ready. Told to wait 30 minutes and it would be ready. 30 minutes later, the cleaning had not started so we were given a double queen room instead. Bathroom had a lot of mold/mildew in shower area. Beds ok, but hard. Wont be back
