Extended Stay America-Orlando, Feb 2018 The Hotel has a great location, is a extended stay where you have your kitchen and the service for cleaning the room and make the bed is optional for certain value. The room was nice, but the air conditioning was bad, for a spacious room of (4 adults and 1 child). The equipment was dirty and get frozen quickly, I guess it needed maintenance. One of the stove didn’t work but was repair the next day, but not the air conditioning. The staff super-friendly

Minimal housekeeping service. Nice location and friendly staff. It is a minimal service hotel, which we only found out after we checked in. Fresh towels and trash removal is charged for. Daily maid service is also available for a few. We found the discount worth the inconvenience but this should have been disclosed, as some individuals feel this is a required service.

Ok stay for one night Was only there for one night, so don't have much experience with the property. I thought the bed area and living area would be separated by a wall but the whole room was open as a single room. Not sure if other rooms were separated between the "living are" and bedroom. Also, disappointed with the breakfast offered - only slices of bread, bagels and some yogurt. Expected some other options (cereal, some hot options, etc.) for breakfast.

Good location and good price. Excellent choice for groups of 5 or 6 people, because you can fit in one room.
