Great place for theme parks We used this hotel after staying a few nights at a theme park. It was great to have a bigger room, kitchen and onsite laundry to relax and get organized before moving on to the next leg of our trip.

Good stay The room was clean and updated. I thought there would be cups in the cabinets, but you have to request all of your supplies from the front desk. No big deal. Good location. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is because of the breakfast. I know- not a real big deal. It's labeled as "grab and go" on the info card (I think it's labeled as free breakfast on Hotels.com which can mean many things). They had white bread, plain bagels, frosted flakes and fruit loops. Room was spacious even for four people. Need some improving in few services. Carpet in the hallway and in the room has mildew smell and is dirty. Continental Breakfast has very limited items with limited choices. Room A.C. unit was noisy when it starts. To replace used towels, carry them to Reception to receive fresh towels. Very inconvenient. Extra charge to get the room bedding replaced. Room safety box broken, cannot use it.

Very nice and comfortable Good location close to everything super clean The staff have good communication .the room is perfect and beautiful

In town for a convention Stayed for about a week. Staff was very friendly. Good location and price.

Hôtel défraichie J'ai eu le sentiment d'être dans un hotel de seconde zone, et à l'entrée de ma chambre, j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un film glauque et peut-être même d'horreur. J'ai rêvé à des insectes et des animaux morts la 1ère nuit tellement l'état de la chambre était délabré et usée avec son tapis datant au moins de 30 ans tout comme le reste du mobilier. Heureusement les lits quoique ferme, étaient de qualité corrects. Ce qui a sauvé un peu la mise, c'est l’accueil de Fabienne avec son sourire et sa bonne humeur.

Great Location - Dirty Rooms Great location for the Orlando Convention Center and downtown. However I was not at all impressed by the hotel. Room #1 was dirty... the toilet was actually clogged. Gross Room #2 was dirty but manageable. We found many foreign hairs on towels, beds, and in the shower. We luckily didn’t have to use the kitchen during our stay being it wasn’t much better!
