Good place for families and pet friendly. Overall our stay was great. We went grocery shopping and loved the little kitchenette. All the amenities needed for the kitchen were provided which was also helpful. Breakfast was not very appetizing as it was cereal, loaves of bread, bagels and packets of oatmeal, VERY carb heavy and no protein. Hallways needed to be vacuumed more often. Great Place to stay especially if you have pets. We stay here because we brought our two dogs with us on this trip and the Pet rates are very very reasonable compared to the others that accept pets. It was nicer than our expectations but was a little dated. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet considering it was full. No loud traffic from the outside either. Toilet was clogged when we got to the room. At 2am found out it was clogged went to desk for a plunger and they couldn't find one

Good overnight stay We used this hotel to do an overnight trip to Orlando. The room was affordable for our family of four. We loved that the room had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. All of us could have fit on both beds but one of us wound up using the sleeper sofa and it was actually comfortable. My daughters loved the grab and go breakfast. We were headed to Disney's Hollywood Studios and the waffles and bagels really filled them up.

We had no towels or sheets in the room when we got there but room was clean and comfortable. Need more people working at the desk. Customer service was awful and having to wait around for someone to help me check in.

It was quiet and kept me close to where I wanted to go in town. The ice machine didn't work and the bathroom could use some loving
