Close to Disney. The lobby was simple but staff was nice. Room is of decent size and clean but may need some updating. Bed is firm which I like. Complimentary breakfast was basic. Location is very good if you are going to Disney.

The young lady at the front desk (sorry to say I forgot her name) was absolutely wonderful. She was the first face I saw when I arrived and the last when I left. Both times I was smiling...just like her :).

Nice hotel. Very accommodating Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Pet friendly. I would like to see daily housekeeping while you travel with a pet. I requested as an extra service.

Trip to Florida Everthing met our expectations. The only thing I would improve would be the breakfast. There were not enough items to chose from, just bread to toast, bagels and prepackaged muffins along with yogurt and cereal.

The rooms did not have any silverware or plates. The beds were hard and the A.C. didn't work to well. It was located in a great location.

Great stay Room was very clean especially for being a pet friendly place. Bed was very comfortable. Had no complaints. Check out time very reasonable. Staff was helpful.The breakfast was fresh for example the Cinnamon rolls .Wish we could have stay longer since we stay for night and would recommend this place since it was tough searching for a pet friendly hotel with a reasonable non refundable pet deposit $ 25. As opposed to other hotels which cost about $100-150 .

Room and Kitchen not stocked! When you check in you need to ask for ANY cooking supplies. Also, we checked in for 5 people and paid extra fee but room had 2 towels.... Overall room was good and clean. Transport to Disney was 2 trips early then 2 trip returning later...did not work for us....and too far to walk to Disney Springs.
