Toilet was clogged when we got to the room. At 2am found out it was clogged went to desk for a plunger and they couldn't find one

Good overnight stay We used this hotel to do an overnight trip to Orlando. The room was affordable for our family of four. We loved that the room had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. All of us could have fit on both beds but one of us wound up using the sleeper sofa and it was actually comfortable. My daughters loved the grab and go breakfast. We were headed to Disney's Hollywood Studios and the waffles and bagels really filled them up.

We had no towels or sheets in the room when we got there but room was clean and comfortable. Need more people working at the desk. Customer service was awful and having to wait around for someone to help me check in.

It was quiet and kept me close to where I wanted to go in town. The ice machine didn't work and the bathroom could use some loving

Excellent Accommodating staff, clean atmosphere , pool an hot tub was wonderful

Close to Universal/Disney We wanted a place that had a kitchen area (there is no stove however) to be able to cook our own food at times while there instead of always eating out. The dishes are not supplied all the time but are there for you use and must be requested. I bought my own cooking utensils as the ones they gave me were melted, gross, and dirty.
