Rooms very large, with a refrigerator and stove. Toilet and bathroom separated by a door. Bed very comfortable, a large tv. Parking very convenient and well kept. The staff, marvelous, very helpful and friendly. I will return
For a budget hotel, property was good. Staff are very friendly. The water at the propertly is not good

Close to downtown Orlando and Winter Park.

Service was great but the conditions of the facility was worn and smelly. Will not be back.
