When cleaning the rooms like most hotels, you should have your staff rinse off the air filters for your HVAC systems as part of cleaning the rooms, the walls in each hotel room should be wiped off at least once a week or minimum 2 times a month. The walls of the room where nasty. And with the new wood/vinyl flooring when you mop use clean water for each room a couple times a month.

This is very basic as a hotel. More of a temporary housing unit. Very sparse- almost no amenities. Hallways had a strong cooling odor

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Furnishing really need updating. Counter and cabinets were beat up and well worn. Stove only had 3 burners that sort of worked. Microwave kinda gross (clean but too much use). Window came out of its frame when I tried to open it.

Room was clean. Great hot water. Bed was pretty comfortable. Pillows were too small and not great. The pot smell in the hallways was unbearable. All and all it was a good stay for what we needed.
