Extended Stay Not good. The place looks old and we found roaches in our room. The back door of the hotel was kept open and there were some suspicious people hanging around and there was a marijuana smell. Didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving the property the same night. If possible, I would like to request for a refund or some kind of credit. Thanks

Roach City and Horrible Smell of Urine The room had cockroaches. I asked for bug spray or to be moved to another room. I was told that's not possible. The smoke detector feel almost all the way off because the bathroom door slammed. The refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed unless you propped something up against it. I had to pay extra to check out at 1pm. Can you believe that? After all the mess I had been thru, they wanted more money. There was also rat poison just laying out. I read the reviews before i booked this place and thought some were exaggerating, but i found they weren't. There is a hotel property next door that shares the same parking lot and i believe those reviews were from the place next door. This property was downright awful. It was dirty and old. The room was disgusting. The kitchette looked dirty with peeling cupbards and a very old stove that i believe had "hot plate" burners. This property needs a refresh badly. The floors were sticky and dirty, the kitchen cabinets were old and practically falling off the wall. The backsplash in the kitchen was awful. Worst of all the tub was a terrible color with speckles on it, probably to hide the dirt and the water didn't go off in the tub completely. I guess if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and willing to accept the poor care and unclean floors.........
