Overall clean, just couldn’t shake the smell, room didn’t have a fresh scent

The staff was amazing. Olivia at the front and there's a young guy too I feel bad I don't recall his name, but they were both awesome! We've stayed at other ESA and this one was the best one yet. The room was clean upon check in. Anything we needed, the staff was there to help. Thank you to the whole staff on supplying so many room keys to us for either forgetting ours in the room or it no longer working. Y'all were amazing and thanks for everything.

I am pretty sure i got bitten by bed bugs. The room had a wierd smell and there was food left in the fridge.
