The staff was amazing. Olivia at the front and there's a young guy too I feel bad I don't recall his name, but they were both awesome! We've stayed at other ESA and this one was the best one yet. The room was clean upon check in. Anything we needed, the staff was there to help. Thank you to the whole staff on supplying so many room keys to us for either forgetting ours in the room or it no longer working. Y'all were amazing and thanks for everything.

Nice property for this price. Area borderline mediocre. No ice machine but ice cube tray with freezer in room amd a stove top which is nice. No hot tub basic gym. Overall thumbs up.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional except for an issue with the towels. The mattress was a little too firm. We were told that there was no maid service if the stay is less than 7 days. Our stay was 5 days. There was only 1 garbage can in the room and we weren't told where to dump our trash. We also had to change out our washcloths and towels ourselves but had to take multiple trips to the front desk because fresh towels and washcloths weren't ready.
