Place is clean. Close to fast food restaurants. However, when we requested pillows we were told the manager has the key to the storage, we have to wait the following day. The next day we asked again for the pillows and the front desk lady said they run out. Front desk clerks displays unfriendly attitudes. 😠 Seems like they are not happy with their job. 😐

Unfinished room Sofa bed was extended and couch covers were on the floor when we walked in. Kids were gonna use the sofa bed. Sofa bed was broken and wouldn’t extend. Called front desk and someone came to repair, which took about 30 min. No linens were in room and maintenance man said he would have someone bring linens. First and last time Noisy, “fitness center” was a room with a treadmill and an elliptical, water dripped all night, not one usb charging port
