Place is clean. Close to fast food restaurants. However, when we requested pillows we were told the manager has the key to the storage, we have to wait the following day. The next day we asked again for the pillows and the front desk lady said they run out. Front desk clerks displays unfriendly attitudes. 😠 Seems like they are not happy with their job. 😐

Property was clean. Seemed safe. Price was good. Elevator was sketchy.

Unfinished room Sofa bed was extended and couch covers were on the floor when we walked in. Kids were gonna use the sofa bed. Sofa bed was broken and wouldn’t extend. Called front desk and someone came to repair, which took about 30 min. No linens were in room and maintenance man said he would have someone bring linens. Waited about 30 min and called front desk and she said I had to come down and get them. About 30-40 minutes later, housekeeping knocked and by the time I walked to the door she had already opened it.
