I had an issue with the cleanliness of my room that I addressed with the front desk upon checkout. Aside from this one issue, albeit a fairly big one, the hotel is well taken care of.

Fair A fair experience. No hot water on the last day. My reservation was screwed up. The breakfast is a total joke. Staff was very weak. I was disappointed overall. Next time in the area I will select a different hotel.

Extended Stay at Maitland Road is a dump The hotel was easy to find. the staff on the evening shift the night we checked in was not representing the hotel. Had a bad attitude and really did not want to be there. The breakfast really wasn't and I found a roach in my bathroom and changing area. I realized that I left my pajamas, called the hotel and reported it, but "no one saw them." Even though I clearly said that I left them hanging on the door in the bathroom.
