Nice, but smelly room unresolved The concierge staff was excellent and very friendly. Our room was very nice, but smelled yucky. They were full and did not have another room available until our second night at 10:30pm after I had all my kids in bed. The assistant manager offered $25 off and told me two of his staff checked the room and said it didn't smell. So much for the customer always being right. Business Stay in Orlando Nice hotel for the price. We found it odd - no dishes, glasses,pots or pans in a hotel with a full kitchen. The Hotel staff did not tell us we would need to ask them for those items if we needed them. also asked hotel staff if restaurants nearby - he said he had no idea he didn't live around there. Isn't that basic info a hole usually provides???
