Nice stay It was a typical Extended Stay hotel. Room was nice and spacious. I reserved and paid of a king and they put me in a room with a queen. They didn't give me a refund. The refrigerator had rust stains on the door. A simple paint job or cleaner would make it more appealing. Instead it makes the entire kitchen seem unclear - appearance only. If I was staying more than one night, I would have switched rooms over the bed issues. However since I had unpacked and set things up and was tired, I let it go. The bed was fine. ... read more

Convenient We checked in as a group for a team meeting close to the hotel. Hotel was clean, neat and the staff was very nice.

Good Extended Stay hotel The room was a nice Extended Stay room. I reserved a king bed and they gave me a double. And they did not discount the difference. The door to the refrigerator had rust stains which they could have cleaned off. The bathroom could use a brighter light in the shower room. Other than that it was a nice room.

Good room/staff but exterior looks bad. Pet friendly facilities make this unique for the area though the extra charge is a bit steep. Room large with good furnishings & all expected amenities. Staff wonderful. Some room/public areas being upgraded. Exterior has been seriously neglected with rust stains maring many areas. Replace bad A/C units and a little paint would help. Got the job done. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, no bugs. TV was iffy, stove was ancient, and there was some mold or mildew in the shower.

Not so pleased :-( I booked 2 rooms for this visit. Although the room I stayed in was ok, the other room had roaches in it when my friends checked in. I went down to assist them since I booked it and the lady at the desk was very unconcerned with the sub par situation. She was curt in telling my friends that the entire hotel was booked and there was nothing else she could do. I told my friends to get their money back and they chose to stay somewhere else. I will not be staying there again.
