Meh This is one of the many hotels I stayed in post-Irma. Routinely the halls would reek of garbage. Rather than leaving items like cups, etc in the room you have to ask for them and when we did none were available for a couple days. Cleaning service only happens once a week.

Appearance is just a cover The hotel is nice overall in appearance but when we first turned on the lights the kitchen had a few roaches running for cover and my wife and daughter were in horror when we saw the size of the cockroach that was sitting on the counter...killed it right away..I really wanted to leave but it was 1am and the hotel was booked full and we did not feel like hopping back in the car and look for another hotel...hope I didn't bring any stowaway back home...great review and star rating but we got the one w... read more

Easily accessible Short stay but enjoyable...friendly helpful staff! What ever we needed we were able to get from the front desk with no problem.

Honest review of a nice hotel The hotel was very clean, it looks somewhat modern, the staff was very corteus and the pool was nice. The hotel was close to where I needed to go in Orlando. The only issues were that there's construction on the highway around the hotel so it's a little difficult to find at night. Also, the front desk is closed from 11pm to 7am and although they have a sign that says to call the laundry most people wouldn't assume immediately that this person can check you in so we had to spent the night with fa... read more

Hurricane Irma escape My son and I escaped hurricane Irma after 5 days with out electricity. The staff was very accommodating even though they themselves were combating conditions that were as bad as what we had left. Everyone we came in contact with was cheerful and helpful. People were also there because of the hurricane and the staff did there best to help everyone.

Extended stay Hotel was fine for an emergency place to stay after our power was out following Hurricane Irma.
