Over booked/sold the rooms We checked late at night due to spending the day at the parks. After going to our room we noticed it was a king size bed when we booked a double bed. Called the front desk and was told that the front desk closed at 11pm and that they must have overbooked/sold but the couch is a pull out couch. 01 They dont clean the rooms everyday and the people up stairs over us kept slamming the doors all night couldnt get.no sleep

disappointing breakfast was a joke, kitchen old and no equipment present room arrangement very bad with the bed on top of the window and ac unit very loud bathroom sink in the room not the bathroom sheets were old and stained hopefully clean windows leaked and vere not lockable

Dirty room Room wasn't cleaned. Still sticky rings on night stands from glasses and bathroom floor was sticky. Dirty Windows and thermostat didn't work. Very tired property.

Manque de fourniture dans la chambre. Piscine sale et non entretenue. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Pas de commodité pour les oyageurs. Déjeuner continentale ne comprend que des barres tendres et muffins commerciales, des yogourts, du café. Aucun lit pour bébé.

Horrible, worst service ever experienced. The bed gave me and my boyfriend a backache the entire next day. But it all started with the horrible check in staff and service. We got in on time and the woman at the front check in was not welcoming. Her first comment to us was, we wouldn't be giving you this room because our hotel is first come first serve, but you should feel lucky because we have a room left. Sketchy at Best Staff had problems understand English as their second language. The toilet did not work, no water in the tank and the flow valve did not work. They put me in another room which was fine. My second night, a business associate checked into the same hotel, they put him in my first room and it (toilet) had not been fixed even after I had reported it.

The concrete in our room floor was broken The flooring was bad through the carpet I was cut on my foot the room had a strong odor

Questionable Business Practices The management of this hotel appears to double-book their rooms. We had a confirmed reservation, guaranteed for late arrival, and prepaid our stay. When we arrived, we were told that,confirmed and prepaid reservation or not, they decided to rent out our room to someone else. There were other people in the lobby that shared the same experience.
