Everything was disgusting broken walls smell bad the ac doesnt work

Paid for deluxe suite with multiple beds, turned out they didnt have the soda bed and never informed us. So we paid $15 more for a regular double bed room. Small bugs coming out of the bathroom faucet. Extremely dirty carpet. The room smelled like mold. It was hard to breathe in there. Also....ROACHES!! EVERYWHERE!!! YUK

Stay away not worth the cheap rate The room condition was absolutely awful. Whole place smelt like weed smoke. The bathroom was disgusting and someone walked into our room that we didnt know. They were very easy about giving a refund but i would never go back. There were also sheriff's that pulled up to the property as we were leaving due to an issue.

Stay away from this hotel. Roaches infestation. It was a terrible experience; the room was infested with roaches. We left the hotel after 5 minutes. Additionally, the smell of marijuana begins in the parking area. Customer service was terrible. I want my rewards back.
This place is the WORST! Trash in the stairwells, it smells absolutely horrible, waited OVER an hour just to get into rooms that had standing water in the tub, roaches everywhere and no sleeper sofa in one of them like it was supposed to be. Staff acted blind to the conditions of this place. People wandering all around the property and lootering in the lobby. It's dirty and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy to stay in.
