Disappointed I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in and the lobby tracked of smoke. The carpet seemed unclean.

Bad A.C. in room. As soon as we came into the hotel it look small and when we got to the room the air condition was not working . Call the service desk and the girl came up I ask her if she her another room she said no we are all book up . So we try to read set the air conidtion swicth and waited 15 min and then it came back on.

Look elsewhere... This place is extremely dated. They are building a new one right next door and must be cutting corners on the old building. Is there a way to attach photos? My shower nozzle was all moldy.

Barulhento e antigo Pior hospedagem da minha vida, sorte que foi apenas uma noite. A acústica é terrível, ouvimos Söns de corredores e outros quartos até as altas horas da noite, sendo uma tormenta para quem quer durmir. Apesar de tudo vejo que o tamanho do quarto, o atendimento dos funcionários são os pontos positivos.

No service, it is old with no good ventilation in the room, bad smell, and some mold grow inside one of the drawer. the only advantage is it close to universal parks. the price of course does not match with service.

Esse hotel nunca mais! Hotel em péssimo estado nos quartos. O banheiro com o toillet entupido e transbordando água. Pedimos para trocar e disseram que estava lotado. O alarme de incêndio tocava toda hora acordando e assustando a todos. Não foi uma boa experiência.
