I never checked in. They took a picture of my ID without any warning and without my permission. When I complained I was first threatened and then told that my reservation was refused. I asked them to delete the picture of my ID since I was no longer staying and they refused. Now believing that my ID and info was going to be used for nefarious purposes I called the police as it is illegal to do what they did. Most of the staff were friendly. I stayed for 4 weeks. They only cleaned my room one rime and she did a horrible job. I keep my space clean so I only needed her to vacuum and wipe down. She told me she was on light duty and did not have a vacuum so she sweep the floor with a broom. When I asked could my room be cleaned more often I was told they only clean ever 14 days. Do not stay here. Not safe by any health rules Horrible not safe for anyone to stay. No breakfast. Only a couple of pastries The pic in the description is what you get empty table. Rust in the bathroom and kitchen . Things falling apart Horrible smell like mold. Bad for my asthma. The outside of the hotel did not look safe at all. I left after a few hours and found other hotel. I was told due to the property being conpletely booked up they had no utensils as advertised online or in the rooms. There were no clean pots, pans or silverware available. One of the isle burners didnt work and the receptionist at the front desk stated they haven't had dish detergent in months!!! The propwrry looks very old and outdated. The fridge barely closes and the tub didnt look like it was cleaned in days.
