Gross Had to go through 3 rooms to find one that didn't smell like cigarette smoke, still had a funny smell, very dingey, toilet not clean, bug in the shower... The only plus was the very helpful and friendly front desk lady.

Went to view before staying and said. NO WAY

Pack some toilet paper Took too long to check in, elevator door opened to a staff member cursing (unaware that customers were in the lobby), room with a kitchenette with no cookware, dinnerware or utensils, no washcloths available -went to the front desk where were provided kitchen/dish rags?????? Hotel ran out of toilet paper!!!! Was told that their shipment had not come in, leaving us to purchase toilet paper on our own! Cable worked intermittently, channels were freezing up. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

It was very difficult during check in and I charged a 100 deposit when the website stated nothing about a deposit which I shouldn’t have been charged since when I booked it didn’t say anything about but I won’t be booking here again

Do not book Cleanliness was non existent. Hair on sheets--dirty bathrooms

The rooms say no smoking and they smoke in the room

Mildew smell,no blankets,no breakfast It was horrible experience. I booked the double bed room and requested for extra blankets. When I get to the hotel, it was weird that one lady behind the counter was screaming on phone at the customer. Than another lady try to look for us booking and her computer was working and she was banging on the computer. She than informed me that they don't have any pillows or blankets. I said ok.
