Not happy During my escape due to the hurricane that destroyed everything, majority of the team members had a nasty attitude. The one lady that’s from Jamaica and the plus size light skinned lady were the most friendly and helpful. I believe the 6.2 stars on the website were very generous. Extremely out of date, toilet didn’t flush, ac barely worked.

Toilet was clogged sink was clogged roaches in the room. I was giving dirty towels by the manager of the facility. I had to switch rooms three times each room had roaches in it. The property manager will not give out tissue. The staff told me the property manager keep the tissue for her personal use. I went downstairs to ask for tissue as she did not have any, the property manager gave me a bag of towels when I went to complain. Waste of time We have to go downstairs multiple times after checking in as our room key didn’t work. After the 3rd time we were told they moved someone else’s reservation and gave us their room on the first floor. From there, we finally got into a room and there were roaches so we immediately went back to the front and checked out

Staff was very pleasant. My non-smoking room reaked of smoke. Constant tobacco smell. All of the contents of my luggage smelled of tobacco when I returned home. Fixtures very outdated and not aesthetic at all. Carpets visibly dirty and in desperate need of deep cleaning and updating. Very disappointed by unidentifiable stains on carpet. I kept my shoes on the entire time. Rusted toilet. Very unappealing to the eye.

I always travel with Expedia, I used to work in the hotels bussiness for more than 20 years, I believe you have a department in charge to supervise the properties you advertise, please go to check this one out, I never give a complain about small details, because I know how the hotels operate but they offered breakfast that they don't have it, they didn't clean the room,all the employess nasty. Roach infested hotel room. They refuse to refund me. And Expedia refused to refund me.
