The room had everything in it that you could ask. Very close to Universal Studios. Was missing one of the curtains and had a parking light shine through kept us up at night. The staff was not happy that we called about it and they came in the next day to look at it and did nothing about it.

We stayed during a very busy weekend. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable! The property seemed to be in process of updates to some of the rooms but that didn't affect our stay. We did a short weekend stay, but would definitely consider coming back if we needed longer term lodging.
Room furniture old and worn out. Carpet old with stains. Funky smell in room with an occasional whiff of cigarette smoke. Elevator had a dusty smell which made my nose run and caused me to sneeze when I used it. I will not return to that property.
